How can I order online?

Whether you are a business customer or private individual, you can order our fabrics, flooring and samples online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

From the product sheet

  • Enter the quantity and add the items to the basket.
  • Once you have added all your items to the basket, select your preferred delivery and payment options.
  • You will receive confirmation by email once your order has been verified.

 

From quick order

  • Enter the reference codes of the products you wish to order one by one and the quantity and add to your basket.
  • You may also download the order form in Excel or CSV format containing the product reference codes (e.g. ORC 0001 120), the quantity in linear metres and an internal reference code if you wish. Once you have downloaded your form, all items in your form appear on the page.
  • Click on “Add all items to basket”.
  • Once all items have been added to your basket, choose your preferred delivery and payment options.
  • You will receive confirmation by email once your order has been verified.

How can I order a sample?

Need reassurance about a colour or texture? You can order a fabric or flooring sample on our website.

Your sample order will be sent to you by regular mail within 48 hours, an email will be sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

What material are Dickson fabrics made from?

Dickson fabric is not made from polyester, but from solution-dyed acrylic, giving you a comfortable fabric that is fade, water and mould resistant.

What are the advantages of solution-dyed acrylic fibre?

Dickson and Sunbrella fabrics are mainly woven from solution-dyed acrylic fibres.

Their high-quality pigments are impregnated into the core of the fibre during production, unlike the yarn-dyed method where the dyes are applied to the thread and remain on the surface.

The result is a thread which is dyed all the way through, and a fabric that offers exceptional colour fastness, strength and durability.

What are the guarantee conditions for Dickson products?

How do I choose the most suitable awning fabric for my facade?

Dickson® has designed 3D simulation software. With a simple photo of your house, you can obtain a simulation of one or more awnings in 3D with the Dickson® fabric(s) you are interested in. Tip: use your Ipad to take a photo of your façade directly in the Dickson Designer application.

If you are happy with the awning simulation, get in touch with your nearest Dickson authorised blind manufacturer to make your project a reality and enjoy your new awning.

Can I only change my awning fabric?

When your awning fabric is damaged or you want to change the style or colour it is possible to just change the fabric, this is called re-interfacing.

Re-interfacing is a sustainable process as it allows you to renew only your awning fabric without having to change the whole mechanism.

It is also an affordable solution: a new awning fabric only costs, on average, a quarter of the price of a complete awning.

I need to renew my awning fabric, but the requested reference no longer exists.

Our collections are regularly renewed in order to keep up with the trends, and to offer you unique designs and fabrics with unrivalled technical performance.

What is the level of protection of Dickson fabrics against glare, heat and UV rays?

Dickson® fabrics block up to 95% of glare and heat (reduces the greenhouse effect), keeping your interior cool and, depending on the colour, the fabric regulates glare or heat differently by blocking 90% to 100% of UV rays.

I'm a retailer and I want to personalise my awning fabric, how do I do this?

Fabric and pelmet printing can be done when you order your awning fabric from your blind manufacturer.

How do I look after my Dickson fabric?

A simple clean with soapy water is enough to remove superficial stains. It is not recommended to use detergents, high-pressure cleaners or even rubbing for hours.

For thorough cleaning, use Tex'AKtiv Clean and your fabric will regain its shine. If you want to re-waterproof your Dickson® awning fabric, remember to use Tex'Aktiv Guard, which will effectively protect it from stains and provide a water-repellent effect.

How do I care for my Dickson woven floor?

Cleaning time for our woven flooring is minimal, as with vinyl or tile flooring. They are routinely cleaned using a simple hoover, a scrubbing brush and hot water mixed with a neutral detergent.

Step 2a: You are already a Dickson professional customer but have not yet ordered online?

Activate your customer account by entering your customer number and your email address, confirm the form on the left and choose your password.

If you experience difficulties activating your account, please contact our sales department for assistance.

Step 2b: Do you want to become a Dickson customer? Create your account by first choosing your profile (professional or individual) and enter the information requested in the form.

  • If you are a private customer, you can now order online without waiting.
  • If you are a professional customer, our sales department will study your request to create a professional account and will get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I change my personal information?

Simply connect to your customer account and select the heading "My information
 
You can change and/or complete your information without forgetting to save your changes.
As a security measure, our system will ask you to enter your password to ensure that you are the one making these changes.
 
For any request to change information regarding your company (invoicing address, company registration or VAT number etc.) please contact our sales department.

How do I download an order confirmation, an invoice or a delivery note?

Downloading an order confirmation, a delivery note or an invoice is very easy!
 
Simply log in to your customer account and select the "My orders" section. and search for the order or invoice concerned.


On each order, you will have access to the delivery and invoice information related to the order.
You will also be able to download your order confirmation, delivery note and invoice in PDF format.

How can I track the progress of the delivery of my order?

As soon as your order is confirmed, it is taken care of by our sales department and treated as a priority.

In your customer account, you have access to your order status in real time.

Status: Processing

My order is confirmed, I have received a confirmation email.

Status: In preparation

My order is being prepared in our warehouses

Status: Partially shipped or totally shipped

My order is completely or partially shipped depending on the availability of our products and according to your instructions, a shipment email has just been sent to you.

You can track the progress of the delivery thanks to the tracking link in the "Deliveries" tab of your order details or directly from the dispatch email.

Please note: If I do not receive the order confirmation email or the dispatch email, please check my customer account to make sure that the order has been registered and also check "spam" in my mailbox.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please contact our sales department by email to request a change to your delivery address as soon as possible after placing your order.
 
Depending on the chosen delivery method, our sales department will try to make the change immediately or relay the changes to be made to the shipping company.
 
If the change is not possible, it would then be necessary to request for the order to be returned or cancelled.

Have you already confirmed and paid for your order online? Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change or add an item to your order.
