La Maison Gaia, a hotel nestled in the heart of Languedoc Roussillon in Torreilles, is much more than just a place to stay: it is a true haven of peace where guests come to recharge. Known for its unique charm and peaceful atmosphere, the establishment recently undertook a renovation project that successfully combined elegance and functionality. This project – the result of a collaboration between the hotel management, the decoration company Curtina, and architect Laurie Foissier – involved renewing part of the hotel's interior courtyard as well as the breakfast room, using Sunbrella's new Solids Canyon stripe.
Sunbrella fabrics are renowned for their durability, weather resistance, and ability to retain their brilliance even after years of sun exposure. La Maison Gaia chose Sunbrella's Canyon stripe to breathe new life into its reception areas. This smart choice fits perfectly within the hotel's natural setting. The green color of the Canyon stripe blends harmoniously with the surrounding landscape, creating a soothing and refined atmosphere.
Custom-made benches and cushions were crafted by Curtina, a company specializing in decoration. By selecting Sunbrella fabrics, Curtina captured the essence of La Maison Gaia, enhancing the serene atmosphere that defines the establishment. Architect Laurie Foissier's work allowed for a harmonious design that respects the identity of the place while modernizing the spaces. Inspired by nature's hues, the green stripes of the Sunbrella fabric bring a touch of freshness and modernity to the courtyard and restaurant while respecting the hotel's authentic style.
