ENHANCED PERFORMANCE

Sunbrella upholstery fabrics offer exceptional durability, resistance, and color retention, no matter the weather conditions. However, to go even further and meet all requests and applications, Sunbrella now offers two new special finishes: Sunbrella flame-retardant finish and Sunbrella waterproof finish.

These finishes are available on select product ranges and require additional production time. They are exclusively available on request, except for a selection of Solids and Natté with waterproof finish available in stock.

A FLAME-RETARDANT UNDERLAY

The fabric with Sunbrella flame-retardant underlay offers you solid performance to enjoy your daily life with peace of mind. Thanks to this finish, you benefit from long-lasting protection that meets the main regulations in force. The flame-retardant finish is achieved by laminating graphite and non-woven polyester-viscose (+175g/m²).

Despite the addition of an underlay, our fabrics remain bleach-safe and machine-washable at 30°C without any performance degradation.

A WATERPROOF UNDERLAY

In addition to the water-repellency of our upholstery fabrics, the Sunbrella waterproof finish provides unparalleled waterproofing. Thanks to this finish, Sunbrella fabrics offer ultimate protection against the harshest weather conditions. The waterproof finish is achieved by laminating a 100% polyurethane membrane (+100g/m²).
